2019 Bourboulenc

A rush of sweet clementines, beeswax, and just perfectly ripened mangoes and apricots on the nose. The tropical fruits on the entry morph magically into a leanness of stone fruits mid-palate, finishing with gripping river stone minerality.  Paired with a jar of Frantoi Cutrera Green Olive Spread which showcases the bright minerality and stone fruit mid-palate of the wine.

2019 Clairette Blanche

Complex aromas of white floral, spiced persimmon, and sweet almond, bring a surprise attack on the senses of figs, ginger, allspice and dried apricots. A spicy flash of natural acidity prolong the gorgeous and satisfying tasting experience in this rare single varietal wine.  The Roasted and Salted Fancy Cashews are a delightful pairing with our Clairette Blanche. This is a complex wine whose acidity loves the mild and buttery texture of the cashews.

2019 Roussanne

This wine has the most diverse characteristics of all of our varietals. The mouth is juicy yet still restrained, with favors of apricots and cream.  The finish is mineral, with almond, pear, floral and even some honey notes.  Paired with Torres Foie Gras potato chips! Our rich and creamy wine is a decadent pairing with the luxurious and earthy aromas of these addicting chips. You can’t eat just one!
