Join winemaker Christina Lopez for an Educational Vineyard and Winery tour highlighting our vineyard and winemaking practices following the Lodi Rules Sustainable Farming Program. Participants will walk the vineyard gaining an understanding of regenerative farming practices, pruning, tying, shade canopy and irrigation programs along with Lodi Rules for sustainable agriculture . . . to name a few. The vineyard tour will be followed by an overview of the winemaking process, a tasting of our Elevated Tasting Experience and a charcuterie box lunch!
