We'll be releasing our long anticipated 2016 Sparkling Grenache Blanc made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise method. Join us Friday, July 13th or Saturday, July 14th from 6-8 PM and be the first to try it!
What makes our Sparkling so unique? Grenache Blanc is a rare grape varietal in the U.S. and we don't know of another sparkling Grenache Blanc. Hand picked, whole cluster pressed, this 100% Grenache Blanc is cool fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then re-fermented in the old-world méthode Champenoise style. Only 200 cases produced. $55 / Wine Club Price $44
Our blanc de blanc méthode champenoise sparkling Grenache Blanc has exquisite balance and freshness. It is mineral driven and crisp with aromas of green apple, stone fruit and brioche. This is a lush and elegant representation of Lodi’s terroir and pairs well everything!
We are planning a very special introduction and will be pairing our Sparkling wine with passed appetizers created by chef Nick Kubitz. The cost per person is $25.
